SUMMARY: This is a nice xxxx model year coach. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind. Carpet in cockpit, living area, dining area, bedroom and bathroom showing appears to be in "like new" condition and currently has plastic runners in place. Linoleum throughout the rest of the coach appears to be in very good condition. Corian-style counter tops in kitchen and bath appear to be in very good condition with the exception of a crack near kitchen sink. All other counter tops also look good. Walls throughout are all clean, however as with any used coach, some do show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Cabinets throughout open and close properly and look good. Dash appears to be in good condition. Large 2-piece windshield is good, does have some minor stone chips. All other windows are good. TIRES: see tire information in "exterior" description of this ad. Everything else we tested and/or checked the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step, roof air conditioning, water pump, lp leak detectors, range, convection microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, televisions, rear view camera and monitor, HWH air level, and generator.
