SUMMARY: For a xxxx model year this is a nice coach. Clean inside and out. She starts runs and drives as she should. Interior is clean and has NO unpleasant odors of any kind. Carpet in cockpit and living area shows medium wear and currently has plastic runners in place. Wood like flooring in Kitchen looks in good condition. Tile in bathroom appears in great condtion and so does carpet in bedroom however may show some minor blemishes. Counter tops all appear to be in good condition. Walls throughout are all clean as with any used coach some show some scuffs/blemishes and small holes from previous wall hangings. Cabinets throughout all open and close properly. Dash appears to be in good condition. All other windows appear to be in good condition. TIRES: Right Front Right Rear Left Front Left Rear - are all xxxx Samson good tread and no cracks. Everything else we tested and/or checked at the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step roof air conditioning unit water pump range convection microwave refrigerator/freezer furnace water heater dash air radio television hydraulic leveling jacks and generator.
